Phyllis has been practicing yoga since 2000. She has been teaching since 2011 and has been working specifically with veterans since 2015. Meet Phyllis.

Susan's Indian heritage immersed her in yoga from an early age, and she became passionate about sharing and teaching yoga as an adult. Meet Susan.

Vicki came to Comeback Yoga as a yoga instructor in 2018 with the desire of sharing her passion of yoga and meditation with others seeking a life of balance, wellness and ultimately living a life of joy! Meet Vicki.

Ali Calfee is a veteran, mom, and yogi.  She retired 4 years ago after 21 years in the United States Air Force. Meet Ali.

Terry Copeland comes to Vail yoga from Wisconsin where she was primarily a high school teacher for 40 years. Meet Terry.

Amy came to yoga to find relief from back pain in 2002.  She has stayed with yoga because she finds the intersection of breath, movement and meditation to be transformative. Meet Amy.

Dan grew up in Southern California and moved to Colorado after his time in the Marines. He began practicing Yoga 5 years ago, primarily for the physical aspect. Meet Dan.

Cody is an Air Force Retiree (2016). After separating from service, he replaced the military pushups with Chaturangas and eventually became a yoga instructor. Meet Cody.

Dan is a veteran of the United States Air Force; he was stationed at Travis AFB, California where he performed French horn. Meet Dan.

Eric is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps. He served as an 0351 Anti-tank Assault-man, & as a Marine Security Guard at the American Embassies in San Salvador, El Salvador and Cape Town, South Africa. Meet Eric.

A long time ago, in a galaxy far far away (well not that far, just in a small New England town during a cold winter day) a teenager in pain stumbled upon a hidden treasure in the form of a book on an ancient practice called Yoga. Meet Andrea.

On the day Chuna was born, her father a Gurkha warrior (II WW hero), was promoted from an enlisted soldier to an officer in the British Army. She lived a large part of her life around the military. Meet Chuna.

If you told him at that time he would enjoy yoga, certainly his reaction would not have been positive. One morning while lifting weights with a friend, he tried a few poses and couldn’t believe standing still could be so challenging. Meet Dan.
